Social insurance premiums are calculated according to the sum of the basic old-age insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums and unemployment insurance premiums actually paid by enterprises (excluding social insurance premiums payable by individuals), and the subsidies for enterprises that have lost more than 3 years (including 3 years) are not higher than 80%; Subsidies for enterprises that have suffered losses for two consecutive years shall not be higher than 60%. Specific subsidy standards are determined by local governments in combination with the actual situation of enterprises.
