The replenishment process of the provident fund:

Unit managers correctly fill in the "Housing Provident Fund Remittance Book" (in duplicate) (this form can be downloaded online) and the "Housing Provident Fund Deposit List" (in duplicate) (this form can be downloaded online) and affix the financial seal reserved by the unit;

The unit manager carries the completed "Housing Provident Fund Remittance Book" and "Housing Provident Fund Deposit List" and checks or cash to the office for deposit registration;

After the registration is completed, the central teller will hand over the second and third copies of the Special Certificate for Entrusted Collection, the unit copy of the Letter of Remittance and Payment of Housing Provident Fund, the unit copy of the Repayment List of Housing Provident Fund, and the check (cash) stamped with the settlement seal to the unit manager for deposit at the bank window;

After receiving the payment at the bank window, the bank receipt stamp shall be affixed to the Letter of Remittance and Payment of Housing Provident Fund (Supplementary Letter), and the receipt shall be returned to the unit manager as the accounting voucher.
