Can Luquan's medical insurance card be used in Shijiazhuang pharmacy?

1. Not at present: If the medical insurance card function in the social security card cannot be used in different places (not yet connected to the Internet), it can only be used in the social security department or its designated institution where the social security relationship is located;

2. However, other functions of social security cards (such as transfer and consumption functions of financial accounts based on social security cards) can be used in different places. Social security cards not only support social security applications such as identity documents, information inquiry and medical expenses settlement. Do not need financial support;

3. It also supports social security applications that need financial support, such as social insurance premium payment and welfare collection;

4. At the same time, it also supports financial applications (RMB debit applications) and has the same cash access, transfer and consumption functions as bank cards.

The Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that:

Twenty-ninth medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, and shall be directly settled by the social insurance agency, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units.

The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
