Measures of Xiamen Municipality on the Transfer and Continuation of Social Security

1. Application materials: 1. Original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card when applying for the transfer of the old-age insurance relationship to (1); (2) the original and photocopy of the first page of the applicant's household registration book and the applicant's personal page; (3) the basic old-age insurance payment certificate provided by the social security agency of the original insured place; (4) Application form for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship (if the applicant is an employee of the unit when applying for transfer, the official seal of the unit shall be affixed); (5) Transfer materials that meet the requirements such as transfer orders and transfer notices transferred to our city (transferred to our city through relevant departments); 2. Second, the processing flow: 1, submit the application form and related materials to the specified social security center (employees of municipal enterprises go to Xiamen Social Insurance Management Center for processing; District social security center belongs to enterprise employees); 2. Reception at the front desk, preliminary examination, and transfer the complete information to the background for processing; 3./kloc-within 0/5 working days, the social security center will complete the transfer formalities and notify the applicant by SMS.

(2) Transfer out

1. The self-service machine reads the information on the self-service machine with the social security card or second-generation ID card of the transfer-out applicant, inputs the address, household registration type and contact number of the transfer-out applicant, and clicks "Apply" to print the payment voucher.
