1. First, report the loss in advance. With the original ID card or residence booklet, report the loss in advance in writing at the social security card service outlets (located in the street social security office).

2. Secondly, issue new cards. After pre-reporting the loss, you can go through the formalities of officially reporting the loss and reissue a new card (it can't be revoked after reporting the loss officially).

3. Finally, get a new card. /kloc-after 0/5 working days, the replacement card holder can get a new card at the social security card service outlet with his ID card and card certificate.
