Handling process of Shenzhen social security company

To register a Shenzhen company, the following procedures are required.

Step 1: data preparation

3. The electronic signatures (e-banking) of legal persons, all shareholders and supervisors are bank U shields.

4. Registered address, that is, the red copy of the address lease (one of them: the commercial housing lease or lease certificate or contract/title certificate/lease certificate provided by the address of the own house or the red copy of the water and electricity bill/lease certificate stamped by the local street office is required).

You must have a real estate license or relevant property rights certificate. After renting a house, sign a rental contract and ask the landlord to provide a copy of the real estate license.

Step 4: Apply for establishment registration (submit registration materials)

After the name is approved, the establishment registration shall be carried out.

Step 5: Get the "Bank Confirmation Letter" from the accounting firm.

Step 6: The bank opens a company capital verification account. The bank will send each shareholder a payment slip and stamp the bank seal on the confirmation letter. The inquiry fee of each bank is different.

Step 7: Handle the capital verification report: The accounting firm issues the capital verification report.

Step 8: Get a business license from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau.

After the design registration materials are submitted, according to the results, you can go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to obtain a business license, and you must bring the ID card of the manager (anyone who applies for electronic online banking can bring a legal person ID card, and a legal person can bring a legal person ID card if it is handled independently).

Step 9: Carving

Generally, there are three chapters: official seal, financial seal and legal person seal (depending on the specific needs, an invoice seal is required if necessary).

Step 10: Apply for opening a corporate bank account.
