Through which channels can social security be inquired?

There are four main channels for individuals to inquire about social security:

1. Check with the social security agency of the insured place.

When the insured person goes to the window to inquire, he/she needs to provide his/her valid identity certificate and the local social insurance personal rights record inquiry application form. If you entrust others to inquire on your behalf, you must also provide the original and photocopy of the valid identity certificate of the client.

2. Inquire through the self-service terminal

If there are too many people waiting in line at the window, the insured can also make inquiries through the self-service terminal in the social security agency.

When the insured individuals use the self-service terminal for inquiry for the first time, they need to enter the social security number, social security card number or computer serial number, and set the inquiry password. When inquiring again, just enter the social security number and the inquiry password.
