Birth check-ups can be reimbursed through maternity insurance, which includes maternity medical expenses and maternity allowance. The insured person can apply for reimbursement for the examination fees, operation fees, hospitalization fees, medicine fees and other expenses incurred in the process of maternity insurance, and the expenses beyond the scope of reimbursement need to be paid by the insured person. Maternity allowance will be calculated and paid according to the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year.
The standards within the scope of maternity insurance reimbursement are as follows:
1. The maternity insurance fund compensates the unit in the form of maternity allowance. The compensation standard is: female workers who have been pregnant for more than 7 months (including 7 months) and delivered naturally or have been born prematurely for less than 7 months are entitled to 3 months of maternity allowance; In case of dystocia or cesarean section, the maternity allowance will be increased by half a month, and in case of multiple births, the maternity allowance will be increased by half a month for each additional baby; Those who have miscarried or induced labor for more than 3 months but less than 7 months are entitled to 1.5 months' maternity allowance, and those who have miscarried for pathological reasons within 3 months are entitled to 1 month's maternity allowance. Maternity allowance is calculated and paid according to the average monthly payment salary of maternity insurance for female employees before prenatal or family planning operation 12 months;
2. Maternity nutrition subsidies and perinatal health care subsidies. Those who meet the national regulations and enjoy maternity leave for more than 90 days (including 90 days) can enjoy maternity nutrition subsidies in 300 yuan and perinatal health care subsidies in 700 yuan;
3. One-time maternity allowance: female employees who participate in maternity insurance in our company are unemployed, and during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, they can enjoy one-time maternity allowance: 2,400 yuan for miscarriage in 400 yuan, 4,000 yuan for multiple births in difficult labor, 50% for male employees who participate in maternity insurance, and 50% for their spouses who give birth to their first child in accordance with family planning regulations;
4. Maternity allowance shall be compensated by the unit, and my basic salary, bonus and welfare expenses shall be paid by the unit during the maternity leave of the insured female employees;
5, family planning operation fees, including due to the needs of family planning, the implementation of intrauterine device, induced abortion, induced labor, skin burial, sterilization and recanalization surgery costs, included in the scope of payment of maternity insurance fund.
To sum up, the medical insurance card can not reimburse the pregnancy examination and production expenses, but the maternity insurance can be reimbursed.

Maternity medical expenses include the following contents:

Twenty-eighth medical expenses that meet the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency treatment and rescue shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.
