How to apply for serious illness medical insurance in Guangzhou?

Guangzhou's medical insurance for serious illness has no unit, so it can be insured in a personal way.

According to relevant regulations, the following methods should be adopted:

1, provide information (the following information should be attached with the original and copy of A4 paper):

(1)./kloc-persons under 0/8 years old: household registration book (all members' information in the household registration book must be copied) and ID card (/kloc-persons under 0/6 years old without ID card need not provide it).

(2)./kloc-Those who are over 0/8 years old and still studying in full-time schools: household registration book (all members' information in the household registration book must be copied), ID card, and school registration certificate issued by their school.

(3)./kloc-urban non-employed residents over 0/8 years old: household registration book (all members of the household registration book must be copied); Identity Card (Demobilized soldiers need to provide proof of retirement or job transfer).

(4) Minimum living allowance: household registration book, ID card and minimum living allowance certificate for urban and rural residents (villages) in * * province.

2, urban residents medical insurance process:

Handling department: urban residents go to their labor security management office or social security bureau for handling.

Note: After the business is completed, the handling personnel will print the Checklist for Increasing the Number of Employees in the Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Residents and hand it to the applicant on the spot.
