2. Official loss reporting: Official loss reporting requires the applicant to bring valid identity documents to any branch of Bank of China for official loss reporting. In accordance with the relevant management regulations on loss reporting of debit cards of China Bank, the financial account of social security card of China Bank was officially reported for the customer, and the counter also reported the loss of social security account for the customer. If the social security function fails to report the loss, the applicant must be prompted to formally report the loss of the social security account to the social security department. After the report of loss is completed, the applicant will reissue the card at the social service outlets in the card management territory.
