Chengdu handles the new social security card.

This old blue card can be used without activation. When issuing this card, you will get a black and gray note with the initial password. You can continue to use this card until your new social security card with pictures is completed. There is no card in your school. You can go directly to China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank, Rural Commercial Bank, Postal Savings Bank, Chengdu Bank and Agricultural Bank with your ID card to fill in the information and apply for a new social security card (one card) with pictures and chips.
