How to transfer Foshan social security to other places, and what information is needed?

3). Basic old-age insurance relationship transfer process
① The applicant prints the insurance payment voucher at the transfer-out place → ② The applicant submits the insurance payment voucher and related application materials to the transfer-in place →→ ③ If it meets the requirements, the transfer-in contact letter of the basic old-age insurance relationship shall be issued at the transfer-out place →→→→→→→ The transfer-in information table of the basic old-age insurance relationship and the list of historical payment and personal account bookkeeping information shall be issued at the transfer-out place, and the relevant funds shall be transferred at the same time →→→ ⑤ After the transfer-in place receives the relevant forms and funds, the continuation procedures shall be handled.
Note: Process ① ② is handled by the applicant, and process ③ ④ ⑤ can be completed through the handover between social security institutions.
4). To handle the transfer formalities of basic old-age insurance relationship, you need to provide materials.
To apply for the transfer of the basic old-age insurance, the applicant shall provide the following information to the social security agency:
The basic old-age insurance relationship transfer application form in duplicate;
(2) Original ID card or household registration book;
(3) Proof of payment of endowment insurance issued by the social security agency in the transfer-out place (note: cadres and former regular employees of government agencies and institutions in the transfer-out place have been officially transferred with the approval of the human resources department of the organization, and need not be provided);
