What is the minimum social security base in Changzhou since July 2009?

The reporter learned from the municipal labor and social security department that during the period from July 1 day, 2008 to June 30, 2009 (referred to as the payment year of the current year), the payment base of the units participating in enterprise social insurance and their employees (excluding individual industrial and commercial households and their employees and flexible employees) in all co-ordination areas of the city was adjusted as follows: the unit took the total wages of all employees as the payment base, and the monthly payment wage base should not be lower than per capita 1369.

The treatment standards of unemployment, medical care, industrial injury and maternity insurance in Jintan City, liyang city City and Wujin District may be handled with reference to relevant regulations, and the specific measures shall be determined by the administrative department of labor security in the overall planning area.

Owners of individual industrial and commercial households and their employees and flexible employees can enjoy the preferential base of monthly payment.

In the current payment year, the payment base of individual industrial and commercial owners, their employees and flexible employees who participate in the basic old-age insurance and basic medical insurance (including hospitalization basic medical insurance) in Changzhou City is divided into two grades: the first monthly payment base is 2282 yuan, and the second monthly payment base is 1700 yuan, and they can enjoy the preferential monthly payment base.

It is reported that according to Article 3 of Document No.5 of Changlao Social Insurance [2006], there are four categories of objects that can enjoy the second payment base: 1, individual industrial and commercial households and their employees who pay the basic old-age insurance premium on a monthly basis; 2. Flexible employees who pay the basic old-age insurance premium on a monthly basis; 3, urban current payment year is enjoying the minimum living security personnel; 4. Persons with employment difficulties who hold the urban re-employment concession card specified in document Chang Fa [2006] No.56 and enjoy the preferential period (within the payment year of the current year).

With regard to the calculation of work-related injury benefits, the calculated payment amount has increased by more than 10%.

According to the regulations, the disability allowance (disability pension), living care fee (nursing fee) and dependent relatives' pension of those who met the conditions for receiving regular treatment of work-related injuries before June 30, 2008 will be adjusted as follows from July 2008 1:

(1) adjusted payment amount = payment amount before adjustment ×1.1191(adjustment factor)

Adjustment coefficient = 1+ average wage increase of employees ×70%+ increase of consumer price level × 30%, in which: the average wage increase of urban employees last year was 15.6%, and the increase of consumer price level of urban residents last year was 3.3%. According to the above formula, the adjustment coefficient is 1. 10.

(2) The adjusted monthly disability allowance (disability pension) shall not be less than 1369 yuan.

From July 1 day, 2008 to June 30, 2009, the average monthly salary of employees in the urban area in the previous year was 263 1 yuan.
