New rules for medical treatment in different places

If the insured person is hospitalized in a networked designated hospital due to illness, he can apply for social security admission registration and on-site settlement in the designated hospital without going to the social security department for reimbursement.

1. Social security enrollment

When registering in the hospital, you must show the patient's social security card and ID card to register in the social security hospital. Generally, social security registration procedures should be handled on the day of admission, and emergency and rescue hospitalization should be reissued within three days of admission.

If the designated medical institutions in the city are transferred to other designated medical institutions, they should take the initiative to show the Dongguan Basic Medical Insurance Transfer Application Form issued by the designated medical institutions in the city for admission registration.

2. Problems that should be paid attention to during hospitalization

(1) The insured person should take the initiative to show his social security card and identity card, and assist the designated medical institutions to complete the identity verification.

(2) When the insured person needs to use drugs and treatment items beyond the scope of basic medical insurance payment due to illness during hospitalization, the attending doctor should explain to the insured person in accordance with the regulations, and the insured person should actively cooperate and make a choice according to his own actual situation, and sign the "Dongguan Social Insurance Self-funded Project Signature Form" for confirmation.

(3) If the attending doctor proposes to transfer according to the insured person's condition, he shall fill in the Application Form for Transfer of Basic Medical Insurance in Dongguan, which shall be signed by the director of the department and stamped with the official seal after being approved by the medical insurance leading group. Critical, acute and severe diseases can be referred first, but the transfer procedures should be completed within three days.

3. Discharge settlement

With my social security card, ID card, discharge diagnosis certificate, Dongguan social insurance self-funded project signature form and discharge notice, the insured person goes to the discharge settlement office for discharge settlement and reimbursement of medical expenses. After the insured person pays personal expenses, he should receive the "Dongguan Basic Medical Insurance Hospitalization Expense Settlement Form" to go through the discharge settlement procedures.
