Pregnant women who meet the conditions of enjoying maternity insurance benefits can go directly to the nearest county social insurance agency for maternity insurance benefits after giving birth or abortion (unemployed people and employees who participate in agricultural insurance still need to go to the county social insurance agency where their household registration is located).
