In 2022, Shanghai social security will be reduced by three months. The implementation period of the phased reduction and exemption of enterprise social insurance premiums (endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and work-related injury insurance) is 2022. Local relief policies will be implemented from February 2022 without delay, and the termination month will be implemented according to the specific implementation measures of each province. The number of months for the implementation of the relief policy determined by various localities shall be continuous, and the total number of months for the implementation period shall not exceed the upper limit specified in document 1 1. Specifically, other provinces outside Hubei Province can exempt small and medium-sized enterprises from basic old-age insurance, unemployment insurance and industrial injury insurance (hereinafter referred to as the three social insurances) for a period of no more than five months, which means that the exemption policy can be implemented until June.
