Steps of wechat payment for medical insurance for flexible employees

Legal analysis: WeChat social security payment process for flexible employees;

1. Click the "Social Security Payment" function under "My Social Security"

2. The official WeChat account will send you a payment menu and click "Flexible Employment Payment".

3. Enter the payer's ID number and click "Next".

4. The system will find out your basic information. Please confirm your personal information, and then click Next.

5. After reading the friendly tips, click "I know".

6. Select "Payment Period" and "Payment Base" and click "Next".

7. Confirm the following payment information, and then click Next.

8. Select the payment method and click "WeChat Pay".

9. Confirm the payment information, tick "I agree" and click "Confirm Payment".

10, the "Friendly Tips" window pops up, and click "I want to pay".

Article 10 Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees may participate in the basic old-age insurance, and individuals shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

Twenty-third individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic medical insurance for employees of the employer and other flexible employees can participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and individuals pay the basic medical insurance premium in accordance with state regulations.

Article 58 Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

Article 60 Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees may pay social insurance premiums directly to the social insurance premium collection agency.
