Therefore, according to the average monthly salary of workers in the city of 4,692 yuan, the upper limit of individual contribution base is14,076 yuan, and the lower limit is 28 15 yuan.

In addition, the payment base of migrant workers in non-urban household registration areas is subject to a five-year transition method. According to the regulations, the payment base is 50% of the average salary of employees in Shanghai last year, that is, 2346 yuan.

What are the scope of social security?
