How to change the social security card into a citizen card?

After receiving the social security card, the function of the card will be automatically opened and can be used directly, while the medical insurance function in the medical insurance card will be automatically cancelled, and the medical insurance personal account funds in the medical insurance card will be "connected" to the social security card. Citizens who have not renewed their social security cards can bring their ID cards and household registration books to the county people's social security bureaus for renewal.
