Can Jieyang's social security card be used in Zhongshan?

You can't. Article 29 of the Social Insurance Law stipulates that the part of the medical expenses of the insured that should be paid by the basic medical insurance fund shall be directly settled by social insurance agencies, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units. Social security card does not support off-site use, and off-site use requires social security transfer. Jieyang's social security card cannot be used in Zhongshan.
