Newly settled families can buy the first suite only after they have settled in 1 year before buying a house, and the second suite must be settled for 3 years. Families with foreign household registration hold residence permits in this city and have been paying social insurance or personal income tax in this city for two years or five years or more before the date of purchase.

Restricted purchase area:

Weiyang district, Xincheng District, beilin district, Lianhu District, Baqiao District, Yanta District, High-tech Zone, Economic Development Zone, Qujiang New District, Chanba Ecological Zone, International Port Area, Aerospace Base, Lintong District, Chang 'an District, Xixian New Area Fengdong New City, Fengxi New City Gao Qiao Street and Mawang Street.

Newly settled families buy houses.

First Suite: You must settle in 1 year to buy a house.

Second suite: still have to settle down for 3 years.

Number of housing units that can be purchased: households with local household registration in Shenkou (including couples and minor children) can purchase up to 2 housing units (including newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing) in the restricted area, and households can only purchase the second commercial housing unit in the restricted area after they have settled in our city for 3 years. Families who have settled in Xi for three years to buy commercial housing are not affected by the above provisions.

Buying a house in a foreign family

Conditions for buying a house:

1. Hold the residence permit in this city and pay social insurance or personal income tax in this city for two years before the date of purchase;

2. Continuous payment of social security or individual tax for 5 years or more. (as long as one condition is met)

Purchasable quantity

Foreign accounts can buy 1 set of commercial housing or second-hand housing.

Families with local hukou (including couples and children under the age of five) can buy up to 2 houses (including newly-built commercial houses and second-hand houses) in the restricted purchase area.

Residual demand

(1) Only after the family has settled in our city for three years can they buy a second set of commercial housing in the restricted area.

(2) Class E talents who have been approved to pay social insurance or personal income tax 12 months continuously in our city can purchase commercial housing in the restricted area.

(3) If the husband and wife divorce, the family owned two or more sets of commercial housing in the restricted area before the divorce, and neither party may purchase commercial housing in the restricted area within one year after the divorce.

Families who have settled in Xi for three years to buy commercial housing are not affected by the above provisions.

It has been settled in Xi 'an before March 30th, 20021year, but it has been settled in Xi 'an for less than one year, and the social security (or individual tax) has been paid for one year in the previous period. Am I still qualified to buy a house?

This new policy involves the adjustment of the purchase restriction policy, which is mainly aimed at families who moved from outside the city to the city's household registration after the policy was released (March 3 1 day and later), that is, families who moved from outside the city to the city's household registration on March 3 1 day and later, and should follow the principle of "a society that must settle in the city for at least 12 months" when buying a house.
