What documents does the Social Security Bureau need to make a list?

Required materials: original and photocopy of my ID card. If the insured entrusts others to handle it, the entrusted person shall hold the original and photocopy of my ID card or household registration book and the insured's ID card and power of attorney, and fill out the Application Form for Handling Social Insurance Participation Certificate.
