How to handle children's social security?

Legal analysis: How to handle children's social security: 1. Required materials: the original account book+a copy of the first page of the account book and the baby's own page, and the original and copy of the agent's ID card; 2. Handling place: the street office where the household registration is located; 3. Note: Do it after you register your account. After registration, you can take the list to get it according to the notice of the street office. The materials required for children's social security application are 1, 16 years old (inclusive). If there is an ID card, a copy of the ID card; 2. If 16 years old or above has no ID card, apply for a copy of temporary id card and temporary id card; 3./kloc-children under 0/6 years old, whose household registration is with their parents, need home page, relationship index page, children's page, parents' page, parents' ID card and all the above copies; 4./kloc-For children under 0/6 years old, if their household registration is not with their parents, they should provide home page, relationship index page, children's page, parents' household registration page, parents' ID card and all the above copies, plus the certificate issued by the neighborhood committee or police station (to prove the relationship between children and parents); 5./kloc-Children under the age of 0/6, whose parents died, shall be handled by the second guardian. Article 57 An employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of its establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with its business license, registration certificate or unit seal. The social insurance agency shall, within fifteen days from the date of receiving the application, examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate. Where the social insurance registration items of the employing unit are changed or the employing unit is terminated according to law, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change or termination, go to the social insurance agency to handle the change or cancellation of social insurance registration. The market supervision and management department, the civil affairs department and the organization management organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the establishment and termination of the employing unit, and the public security organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the birth, death, household registration, migration and cancellation of the individual.

Article 58 An employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay. Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
