Participating children under the age of 14 can only be bound to one community health center or one hospital of the second level or below as the designated medical institution for outpatient treatment; participants who have reached the age of 14 can only be bound to one community health center as the designated medical institution for outpatient treatment.

Participants' general outpatient medical care should be provided at the selected designated medical institutions, and those who have not selected a designated medical institution are not entitled to outpatient medical insurance treatment.

1, less than 14 weeks of children: the family has Internet access, you can log on to the Municipal Social Security Bureau website of the declaration system for children and college students to select the city of a designated hospital (including the second level of the following medical institutions) as a binding medical institutions; no Internet access can be the nearest street, community, designated hospitals to handle the binding.

2, has reached 14 weeks of children (including 14 years of age): the family has Internet access, you can log in to the Municipal Social Security Bureau website of children and adolescents and college students to declare the system to choose the city of a community health center as a fixed point of community health. Those who do not have Internet access can go to the nearest street, community or social health for binding.
