The main responsibilities of Shangrao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau

(six) according to the civil service law, responsible for the comprehensive management of civil servants and staff of government agencies and institutions in the city; Implement policies and regulations on examination, assessment, training, rewards and punishments for civil servants, and organize the implementation of relevant personnel deployment policies and special personnel placement policies; Organize and implement the national honor system in conjunction with relevant departments, and formulate and organize the implementation of the government reward system; Participate in the evaluation of municipal model workers.

(eight) in conjunction with the relevant departments to guide the reform of the personnel system of public institutions, and formulate measures for the management of public institutions and organs in the city; Participate in talent management and implement the policy of professional and technical personnel management and continuing education; Promote and deepen the reform of the professional title system, and be responsible for the selection and training of high-level professional and technical talents and rural local talents.

(ten) in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate a comprehensive plan for the work of migrant workers, promote the implementation of relevant policies for migrant workers, coordinate and solve key and difficult problems, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
(eleven) to organize the implementation of labor and personnel dispute mediation and arbitration system and labor relations policy; Improve the coordination mechanism of labor relations, implement the policy of eliminating illegal use of child labor and the special labor protection policy for female workers and underage workers, organize the implementation of labor inspection, coordinate the work of safeguarding workers' rights, and investigate and deal with major cases according to law.
(twelve) to implement the policy of attracting experts and overseas students to work or settle down; Responsible for the employment management services provided by overseas personnel; Responsible for the introduction of foreign intelligence in this city; Organize the implementation of the "one village, one product" plan.
(thirteen) responsible for the city's human resources and social security of foreign exchanges and cooperation.
