1, Cili administrative center 1-4 is the window service area, which can handle medical insurance, social security, taxation and other businesses.

2.5 floor is a centralized examination and approval area, which can handle housing management, market supervision and other businesses.

3.6 floor is the public resource trading center, and also the processing area for government procurement, land transfer and project bidding.

The 4th and 7th floors are the institutional areas stationed by the Supervision Committee of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection.

The fifth and eighth floors are the office areas of the county administrative examination and approval bureau.
