According to Article 2 of the Measures for the Administration of Social Security Cards in Guangzhou (Order No.20 of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government), Guangzhou Social Security (Citizen) Card is an electronic identity certificate issued by Guangzhou Municipal Government for handling personal social affairs and enjoying social services such as social security.

(1) basic information of the card surface is changed.

Step 1: Apply for card replacement.

1. If the name, ID number and gender information are changed, send the original, original and photocopy of my valid ID card, the personal data change certificate issued by the public security organ (the social insurance insured in this city must also provide the copy of the personal data change confirmation form issued by the social security agency), and the personal data change certificate and photocopy issued by the financial service bank to the designated bank agency service outlets or social security (citizen) card service institutions in various districts (county-level cities).

2. For photo change, with the original certificate, the original valid identity document and the receipt of the social security (citizen) card electronic photo collection photo library (for the list of photo libraries, please call the 24-hour service hotline 12343 or visit the social security (citizen) card service website to inquire), and go to the social security (citizen) card service sub-center to change the card.

Step 2: Get a new card.

7 working days after the card replacement procedure, the cardholder shall collect the new card at the original handling point with the card replacement business credentials and the original valid identity certificate, and activate the new card financial account in time.

(two) update the basic information of non card surface and other materials.
