Legal analysis: 1, 16 or more and 60 or less: you can make up the payment within two years after the interruption or suspension of enrollment, and you may not apply for a one-time payment for more than two years.

(a) urban and rural residents who have reached the age of 60 and above, after I pay the old-age insurance premium, enjoy the basic pension subsidy stipulated by the provincial government for the new rural social endowment insurance while paying the pension according to the provisions of Item (1) of Article 8 of these Measures.

If the payment subsidy is lower than 2% of the payment base, the district (city) county government shall make up for it.

(four) the district (city) county government shall reduce or exempt some or all of the minimum standard old-age insurance premiums for severely disabled people in the pilot areas of new rural social endowment insurance determined by the State Council. The specific standards and sharing ratio shall be determined by the district (city) county government.
