Second, hook adjustment. Retirees who participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees will increase their 3 yuan every month according to their payment period, every 1 year.

Retirees who participate in the basic old-age insurance for government agencies and institutions will receive a monthly increase of 3.6% on the basis of their basic pensions of 20 15 and 12.

Third, properly tilt. After quota adjustment and hook adjustment, the basic pension of some personnel will be increased according to the following standards:

(1) Those who participated in the revolutionary work and enjoyed the supply system before the founding of the People's Republic of China will receive an additional monthly 30 yuan;

(2) Those who participated in the revolutionary work and enjoyed the wage system before the founding of the People's Republic of China will increase their 25 yuan every month;

(3) Those who took part in the revolutionary work before19531231will increase their 20 yuan every month;

(4) The former industrialists and businessmen who meet the requirements of Document No.9 issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs will be increased by 10 yuan per person per month;

If the above two or more conditions are met at the same time, only one item will be added according to the principle of giving priority to the higher.

(5) June 365438+February 3 1, 2065438+1 October1to June 65438+February 3 1 retirees aged 70 and under 80. For retirees who reached the age of 80 on June 365438+February 3 1 May (that is, those born before June 365438+February 3 1 May, 0935), each person will receive a monthly increase in 60 yuan.

(6) Retirees from enterprises in hard and remote areas who meet the scope stipulated by the state will be increased by 10 yuan per person per month. (The hard and remote areas stipulated by the state are Enshi, Lichuan, Jianshi, Badong, Xuanen, Xianfeng, Laifeng and Hefeng in Enshi, Yunxian, Yunxi, Fangxian, Zhushan and Zhuxi in Shiyan and Xingshan, Zigui, Changyang and Wufeng in Yichang.

After the enterprise's retired cadres are adjusted according to the above methods, if the basic pension does not reach the average level of the basic pension in the city (state), it will be replenished to the average level.

The adjustment of the basic pension for retirees adopts a combination of quota adjustment, hook adjustment and appropriate tilt, taking into account the characteristics of retirees in enterprises, institutions and institutions, and giving appropriate preferential care to elderly retirees, retirees from enterprises in remote areas and other groups.

At present, people's organizations and financial departments at all levels in the province have begun to take active actions and organize their implementation throughout the province. The basic pension increased in the first nine months of this year will be paid before the end of September.
