1, business network activation

After receiving the card, the cardholder can go to the corresponding bank branch to activate the financial functions and social security functions; you can also go to the community network to activate the social security functions only.

2, telephone activation

Dial the social security card service hotline 9622222 ext. 5, according to the voice prompts to operate, you can open the social security function. It should be noted that in order to activate your social security card by phone, you must call the social security service hotline using the cell phone number or landline phone number that you registered when you applied for the new social security card in order to activate your social security card.

Note: Shanghai's new social security card can be activated only for the social security function, and if you want to use the financial debit card function in the future, you can go to your bank to activate it.
