How to connect Shenzhen social security

Information that individuals need to provide to participate in social insurance:

Fill in the "Declaration Form for Individual Payment of Social Insurance in a City" and the "Contract for Entrusting Banks to Collect Social Insurance Fees";

Copy of my ID card and residence booklet (original inspection);

For those who are insured for the first time, if they are recruited or transferred to a deep household, a copy of the transfer form (or recruitment form) (the original inspection) shall be provided. To bid for the "XXX Labor Security Card", you need to provide the digital photo receipt of the second-generation ID card network photo library approved by the municipal public security organ.

Insurance procedures:

Go to the individual payment window of the social security agency to receive and fill in the "Declaration Form for Individual Payment of Social Insurance in a City" and the "Contract for Social Insurance Premium Collection by the Entrusted Bank";

Hold the "contract for collecting social insurance premiums by entrusted banks" and affix the official seal to the bank where the account is opened;

Go through the insurance formalities at the individual payment window of the social security agency in the district where the household registration is located with the information required for insurance, the social insurance individual payment declaration form of a city and the social insurance premium collection contract of the entrusted bank;

Need to apply for the "XXX City Labor Security Card", you must come in person to apply for it, and provide a copy of your ID card (original inspection) and a digital photo receipt of the second-generation ID card network photo library approved by the municipal public security organ.

Other matters needing attention: the insured shall deposit the social security fees payable in the current month into the bank collection account before 2 1 every month to prevent the collection from failing. If it is unsuccessful for three consecutive months, the social security agency will stop the insurance, and if it re-participates, it must re-declare.
