Whether an enterprise goes public or not, it must pay social security for its employees, and other additional clauses have no legal effect.

The provisions for enterprises to pay social security for employees are as follows:

2. Determine the base and payment ratio of employees' social security contributions.

(1) The base for employees to pay social security is determined according to their average monthly salary in the previous year and the actual average monthly salary of those who are under 12 months in the previous year. The industrial injury and maternity insurance shall be paid in full by enterprises according to a certain proportion of the total wages.

The social security payable by employees shall be withheld and remitted by the enterprise from the wages payable by employees.

3. On-the-job employees enjoy medical insurance benefits, work-related injury benefits and maternity benefits according to social security regulations, and the unemployed enjoy unemployment benefits. After the payment period has reached 15 years, you will reach the legal retirement age and enjoy retirement salary and retirement medical insurance.
