202 1-2022 Payment Standard of Children's Medical Insurance

Children's medical insurance payment standards, medical insurance in different provinces, payment standards will be different.

Children's medical insurance payment standards are as follows:

1, individual payment standard:

(1) Persons over 70 years old: 340 yuan per person per year;

(2) Persons aged 60 to 69: 500 yuan per person per year;

(3) 18 and under 60: 680 yuan per person per year;

(4) Primary and secondary school students and infants: RMB 100 per person per year.

2, residents' medical insurance fund financing standards:

(1) Persons aged 60 or above: 3,800 yuan per person per year;

(2) 18 and under 60: 2,500 yuan per person per year;

(3) Primary and secondary school students and infants: 900 yuan per person per year.

From the payment standard, the individual payment standard of children's medical insurance has increased by 10 yuan, while the payment of children's medical insurance is in 90 yuan. Those who meet the conditions of insurance in that year shall, within 90 days from the date of obtaining the household registration in this city or meeting the conditions of insurance, go through the insurance payment procedures at the social security office where the household registration is located or where they live, and pay the medical insurance premium of that year in one lump sum according to the payment standard.

"Regulations on Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees in People's Republic of China (PRC)" Article 2 The following units and their employees in cities and towns in this province must participate in basic medical insurance in accordance with these regulations:

(1) Enterprises and their employees;

(2) Organs, institutions, intermediaries, social organizations, private non-enterprise units and their employees;

(3) Employers of troops without military status and their employees.

These Regulations shall apply to the retirees of the above-mentioned units.

Article 10 The employing unit must register the basic medical insurance with the social insurance agency within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license or being approved for establishment. When the registered items change or the payment obligation is terminated according to law, the registration shall be changed or cancelled in time. The social insurance agency shall promptly notify the tax authorities of the registration.

The employing unit shall, within 10 days after going through the basic medical insurance registration formalities, go to the tax collection authority to pay and register the basic medical insurance premium in accordance with relevant regulations.
