What if the social security card has not been paid for one year?

If it needs to be paid annually, social security will be paid monthly.

If the social security card is not paid on time, it will be temporarily invalid. You can withdraw the money from the card when you surrender (only the amount paid by the individual). If you don't pay the fee for a long time, you can pay it back, but you need to pay a small amount of late fees. If the payment period of your social security card reaches or exceeds 15 years, it will not be cancelled whether you continue to pay or not.

It's just that the payment period is directly proportional to the amount of pension in the future, but the longer your payment period, the higher the amount of pension.
