What date does the company pay social security every month?

The monthly social security paid by the company is 1- 10, as follows:

Every month 1, 1- 10 is the audit period of social security agencies, and the accepted increase and decrease businesses are audited and settled to verify the collection data of the current month. Every month 1 1 to the last working day of the month is the time for accepting the declaration. If the payer has any personnel increase or decrease, he shall go through the relevant formalities in the social security agency in time in the current month, and the annual declaration will not accept the personnel increase or decrease in the current month, except for the newly added units in the current month;

2. Every month 10, the social security agency verifies the data of that month, and the insured unit pays the social insurance premium to the local tax department.

Legal basis: Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.

Article 59

The people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the collection of social insurance premiums.

Social insurance premiums shall be uniformly collected, and the implementation steps and specific measures shall be stipulated by the State Council.
