How to reimburse Beijing maternity insurance

1. Report to the personnel department within 3 months after delivery.

The unit shall fill in the Approval Form for Manual Reimbursement of Maternity Insurance Expenses and the Summary Form for Declaration and Settlement of Medical Expenses for Manual Reimbursement of Maternity Insurance in Beijing. All bills shall be pasted on the approval form according to the invoice and prescription details, and shall be reimbursed to social security on June 1-20 every month.

3. The Social Security Society will put the reimbursement into the company account.

4. After the unit receives the account, the reimbursement expenses will be allocated to the individual.

Maternity insurance reimbursement conditions:

2. Continuous payment for 9 months before delivery;

3. Medical examination fee, delivery fee, operation fee, hospitalization fee and medicine fee due to pregnancy and childbirth.

Maternity insurance reimbursement information:

1, Social Security Card: Beijing Social Security Card (medical blueprint or card certificate shall be provided if the card is not issued);

2. Fertility service certificate: Beijing Fertility Service Certificate (issued by Hong and Street) [Contact Sheet of Fertility Service for Migrant Population in Beijing issued by Street Office (copy retained)];

3. Birth certificate: baby's birth certificate;

4. Medical diagnosis certificate: medical diagnosis certificate of designated medical institutions (a copy can be provided);

5. Charge voucher: original charge voucher, detailed list of medical expenses and prescription.

Maternity insurance benefits include maternity medical expenses and maternity allowance.

Beijing maternity insurance reimbursement is divided into three parts: outpatient expenses, hospitalization expenses and maternity allowance.
