3. The insurance payment is not guaranteed.

Looking for a company to "link" social security, you have to pay an extra "link fee" (euphemistically called "service fee"). Because there is no factual labor relationship with the affiliated company, not only can you not enjoy wages, benefits and other benefits, but if something really happens, the labor law can't protect you.
