The recruitment unit shall formulate an interview implementation plan and organize its implementation after approval by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(1) Determination of interviewers: Only those who have passed the written test can participate in the determination of interviewers. According to the written test results, the high score to the low score is above the passing line, and according to the professional position, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3. If the proportion of interviewers in individual positions is less than 1:3, those who pass the line are interviewers. If the final finalists are tied, the tied personnel will enter the interview at the same time.

To examine the qualifications of those confirmed to participate in the interview. Those who pass the qualification review will be given an interview notice and participate in the interview. Those who fail to pass the qualification review (including those whose age has been altered and cannot be confirmed in the file) will be disqualified from the interview and will be replenished from high to low according to the written test scores and the passing line.

(2) The interview proposition and grading are organized by relevant experts entrusted by the Admissions Office.

(4) Interviewer composition: In order to ensure the fairness and scientificity of the interview, it is planned to set up a number of examiner groups according to their majors. (3) Evaluation

According to the total test scores, the examinees are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. Those with the same total score in the exam will be evaluated by the one with the highest interview score.

The assessment work should be in accordance with the standards of having both ability and political integrity and the requirements of the post to be hired, and fully understand the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, law-abiding, self-discipline awareness, ability and quality, work attitude, realistic performance and situations that need to be avoided. According to the assessment results, the candidates' registration qualifications will be reconfirmed. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified, and the resulting vacancies will be filled in turn. Qualified personnel determined through examination shall not be replaced if they quit.

(4) Physical examination

According to the total test scores and assessment results, determine the physical examination list according to the ratio of 1: 1, and go to the designated general hospital at or above the county level for physical examination. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Standards and Methods for Physical Examination of Teachers in Shanxi Province (Revised) (Jin Teacher Zi [2005] 19). Under the guidance and supervision of the human and social departments, the physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the employing unit or its superior competent department.

(5) Publicity

According to the examination, assessment and physical examination and relevant policies and regulations, the leaders of the recruiting unit collectively study and determine the personnel to be hired, and publicize them in relevant media and websites for seven working days.

Four. Employment and treatment

1. After the expiration of the publicity period, it shall be reported to the competent department and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for approval according to the cadre personnel management authority. The legal representative of the employing unit or its client signs an employment contract with the employed person, and after being audited by the superior competent department, it shall be reported to the people's social security department (or the entrusting unit) for contract registration to determine the personnel relationship.

2. All employed personnel shall implement the employment system and probation system, with a probation period of 6 months. The probation period is included in the labor contract.
