Legal analysis: if a labor dispatch unit dispatches workers across regions, it shall apply for social insurance for the dispatched workers at the place where the employer is located, pay social insurance premiums according to the regulations of the place where the employer is located, and the dispatched workers shall enjoy social insurance benefits in accordance with state regulations.

Legal basis: Article 16 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Individuals who participate in the basic old-age insurance will receive the basic old-age pension on a monthly basis if they have paid a total of fifteen years when they reach the statutory retirement age.
