How to get unemployment benefits from your social security?

You can get it if you meet the conditions. Before unemployment, if the accumulated payment time of the employer and the unemployed person is less than 5 years 1 year, the longest period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 12 months; If the accumulated payment time is less than 10 years, the longest period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 18 months; If the accumulated payment time exceeds 10 years, the longest period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 24 months. If the employer unilaterally terminates the labor relationship with us and we have a job, the employer and I can pay unemployment insurance 1 year or more in strict accordance with the regulations, and they can go to the relevant state departments to register unemployment and apply for job registration. If we don't find a new job within two months after registration, we can apply for unemployment insurance fund from the institution that pays unemployment insurance business. Those who meet the conditions for receiving unemployment insurance benefits may receive the following unemployment benefits during unemployment:

1. Unemployment insurance;

2. Medicaid during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits;

3. Funeral subsidies for unemployed people who died during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits and pensions for their dependent spouses and immediate family members;

4. Subsidies for vocational training and job introduction during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, and the subsidy methods and standards shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government;

5. Other expenses related to unemployment insurance stipulated or approved by the State Council.

You can't get unemployment insurance by buying social security yourself.

Social insurance paid by enterprise employees includes endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance and maternity insurance, so enterprise employees can receive unemployment insurance after purchasing social security.

Social insurance purchased by non-enterprise employees only includes old-age insurance and medical insurance, and other insurance premiums cannot be paid by the insured himself, so unemployment insurance cannot be paid.

Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;
