You can't get unemployment insurance by buying social security yourself.

Social insurance paid by enterprise employees includes endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance and maternity insurance, so enterprise employees can receive unemployment insurance after purchasing social security.

Social insurance purchased by non-enterprise employees only includes old-age insurance and medical insurance, and other insurance premiums cannot be paid by the insured himself, so unemployment insurance cannot be paid.

Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:
