How to apply for a work permit in Beijing

Processing flow:

The applicant applies to the employer, and the employer submits the online application and written materials to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the district where the applicant is registered. After examination and approval by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, it shall be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for examination and approval.

After approval, the applicant can print the Confirmation Sheet of Beijing Work Residence Permit in his own system.

Qualification requirements of the applicant:

The major or post you have studied belongs to the urgently needed major or post in this city. Those who meet the following conditions can apply for a work residence permit in Beijing:

(1) Applicants who meet the prescribed conditions have been employed continuously for more than 6 months;

(2) Having more than 2 years' working experience and obtaining a bachelor's degree or above, or having a professional technical title or equivalent at or above the intermediate level;

(3) Having a fixed residence in this Municipality;

(4) Men under 60 years old and women under 55 years old.

Preparation materials for the first application for Beijing work residence permit:

Step 1: The company fills in the registration information.

Users log in to "Beijing Talent Introduction Information Management System" and register companies. The information is saved on a 3.5-inch floppy disk or USB flash drive (it cannot be opened). If the company is registered in Pinggu District, you can only use a USB flash drive.

Materials submitted by the employer:

① Original and photocopy of business license of enterprise as a legal person [or registration certificate of private non-enterprise unit (legal person), business license of unincorporated branch established in Beijing by legal person registration certificate, foreign countries (regions) and other cities];

(2) If the employer is registered online, if the category of "employer" is high-tech enterprises, regional headquarters of multinational companies, R&D institutions in Beijing, private technology enterprises, environmental protection enterprises and software enterprises, the original and photocopy of the corresponding certificates shall be submitted;

③ Original and photocopy of organization code certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Step 2: Employees submit materials:

(1) The employer writes "Request for Instructions on ×××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××× Seal of employer.

If the company is registered in Fengtai District, please log on to the website of Fengtai District Personnel Bureau () and fill in the application form according to the content and format required by the Personnel Bureau.

(2) Beijing Work Residence Permit Application Form in triplicate, with photos attached and stamped with the official seal of the employer; (The applicant's comments should be written with the word "Agree" and signed by the person in charge) Select "Page Setup" before printing.

Note: the deposit period is not less than six months, and the certificate must indicate the deposit start date, social security number, ID number and the seal of the district social security center.

If the company is registered in the Economic Development Zone, the social security certificate shall include the contact person and telephone number of the social security center.

(5) Personal income tax payment certificate issued by the relevant tax authorities in Beijing, namely "People's Republic of China (PRC) Tax Withholding and Remitting Certificate" (original and photocopy). Note: If the applicant's current company payment period is not less than six months (the last six months), the ID number and "withholding agent" shall be indicated, and the financial seal of the company is required.
