When applying for provident fund loans, the principal lender, spouse, co-borrower and the property owner must be present and provide the following information:

Copy of the original ID card of the owner (the spouse of the property right co-owner who has not issued the birth certificate) (3 copies on the front and back of the ID card). Minors need to provide the original birth certificate (3 copies), the original household registration book (1 copy), the original marriage certificate (1 copy) (if they are single, they need to provide the original civil affairs bureau single certificate) and the private seal.
