Go to your social security bureau, bring your company's resignation certificate, your ID card, household registration book, and social security card, and you can directly transfer social security back to your hometown (the social security bureau where your household registration is located). After you go back to your hometown, if there is a new bill to help you pay, a new payment account will be established for you (you can also participate in the insurance and pay by yourself), and then you will hand over the transferred insurance payment bill to the Social Security Bureau and add it to you after your social security is transferred to the account.
