How to handle Shaanxi social security card?

Social security bank card processing flow: I bring the original and photocopy of my ID card (1 copy) and a white background without borders (1 inch photo) to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. Then fill in the social security card personal basic information collection form and sign it for confirmation.

Legal objectivity:

Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law, the employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.
