What are the requirements of social security 4050 policy?

The social security 4050 policy requires the following conditions:

1, registered as unemployed according to law, and meeting the age requirement of 4050, that is, men are over 50 years old and women are over 40 years old;

2, have the ability to work, employment requirements, and unemployment registration in public employment service agencies at all levels, the process is as follows:

(1) To apply for social security subsidies, first report to the community labor security workstation where the household registration is located, and provide corresponding information;

(2) After the preliminary examination and publicity of the labor security workstation, it shall be reported to the Municipal Employment Office for review, and after passing the examination, it shall be reported to the municipal finance department for review, and it shall be paid directly to the applicant through the designated bank.

3. Social insurance premiums, including old-age insurance premiums and medical insurance premiums, must be paid according to law during the identification period of people with employment difficulties. Materials required:
