Where can institutions complain if they don't pay social security?

Workers need to first confirm whether the employer has not paid insurance to an employee or not to all employees. If employees are not sure whether the employer pays social security, they need to bring the labor contract to the social security inspection center to check whether the employer has an insurance registration certificate.

If the employee believes that the employer does not have a social insurance registration certificate, the employee can complain to the labor inspection brigade.

If the employer has a social insurance registration certificate, but fails to pay insurance for the workers, the workers can complain to the social security inspection center.

Materials brought by the laborer when complaining to the inspection center: I bring the first page of the household registration book and my page (copy is enough), ID card and labor contract (if there is no labor contract, an arbitration award is required to confirm the existence of labor relationship between the laborer and the employer).

Materials brought by workers when complaining to the labor inspection brigade: I bring complaint documents, ID cards and relevant certificates to prove labor relations.
