Shenzhen social security transferred to Guangzhou

Shenzhen Social Security Card Only 8 designated hospitals in Guangzhou can swipe their medical insurance cards. If you go to a designated hospital in Guangzhou for medical treatment and meet the payment scope of the medical insurance fund, you can charge directly by credit card.

If the insured person needs to be referred again after being transferred outside the city for treatment, the medical institution that received the treatment for the first time shall issue a referral certificate, and the medical institution that received the referral shall be a non-profit medical institution at the same level or above as the transferred medical institution.

The insured fails to go through the referral procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions, and the hospitalization expenses incurred by the municipal social insurance institution to the designated medical institution outside the city meet the scope of payment of the medical insurance fund and are directly included in the account.

The reimbursement rate is reduced by 20 percentage points according to the provisions of the Measures of Shenzhen Municipality on Social Medical Insurance.
