How to distinguish Yunnan medical insurance card from provincial card or city card?

Social medical insurance card, referred to as medical insurance card or medical insurance card, is a special card for personal account of medical insurance. With the personal identity card as the identification code, the detailed information such as personal identity card number, name, gender, account capital expenditure and consumption are stored and recorded. Distinguish whether the medical insurance card is a provincial card or a city card: then find the card number. If it starts with the provincial administrative code, it is the provincial card. The city medical insurance card, on the other hand, starts with the administrative code of prefecture-level city and state.
