Third, the period of enjoying the unemployment insurance benefits

1. If the accumulated contribution time is more than 1 year but less than 2 years, you can receive 3 months of unemployment insurance benefits;

2. If the accumulated contribution time is more than 2 years but less than 3 years, you can receive 6 months of unemployment insurance benefits;

3. If the accumulated contribution time is more than 3 years but less than 4 years, you can receive 9 months of unemployment insurance benefits;

4. If the accumulated contribution time is more than 4 years but less than 5 years, you can receive 12 months of unemployment insurance benefits;
