1. When an enterprise transfers retirees to the community for socialized management, it needs to submit the Transfer Application Letter to the social security department, and then go through the transfer formalities at the retirement office where the retirees are registered:

(1) Summary table of retirees transferred to socialized management;

(2) A registration form for the personal information of retirees;

(3) agreement on socialized management services for retirees;

(4) Funds for withdrawal activities;

(5) A copy of the ID card and residence booklet of the handover personnel (the first page and my page);

(six) the transfer agreement signed by the enterprise and the retirees;

(7) hand over personnel files;

(8) A copy of the pension passbook account number;

2. After the unit is handed over, retirees need to submit:

(1) retirement certificate;

(2) ID card;

(3) Contact list of enterprise retirees.
